# Banco Macro
> Your agent looks up the balances and transactions of your Banco Macro accounts. Look-up only: it doesn't transfer or pay.
With Banco Macro, your agent tells you how much you have in your peso and dollar accounts and what transactions there were. Look-up only: it doesn't transfer or pay.

## What it can do
* See the balance of each account, in pesos and in dollars.
* See the latest transactions (15, or the 30 the bank shows), for the account you tell it.
* Find transactions for a period, by type, or only debits or only credits.
## How it connects
From **Plugins → Banco Macro → Add to an agent**, or ask your agent in the chat. See [Add a plugin](/en/tools/add-a-plugin).
Your agent sends you a one-time link for each: your Banca Internet username and your password (the one you generate in the Macro app). They're kept encrypted. See [Keys and values](/en/tools/keys-and-values).
It checks that it can sign in and tells you in the chat that it's ready.
## One session at a time
Banco Macro allows only one open session. While your agent is looking things up, you can't sign in to Banca Internet.
* Each look-up signs in to the bank (it takes about half a minute).
* The session closes on its own a minute after the last request. If you need it sooner, ask your agent to close the session.
* If a session is already open (yours, or one that didn't close), your agent waits about 10 minutes. If you close your session in Banca Internet, it frees up sooner.
## How it looks out for you
* **Look-up only.** It can't transfer or pay, even if you ask.
* Your agent never sees your password: minai's servers add it on each request.
* It brings only what's needed for what you asked.
## Things to ask it
* "How much do I have at Macro?"
* "What transactions did I have on my dollar account this month?"
* "What money came in for me in September?"
* "Did they debit my loan installment?"
## Limits
* Look-up only.
* To go further back than the last 30 transactions, ask it for a period.
* Transfers you receive don't show up as "transfers": ask it about what came in (the credits).
* It's only for a personal agent.
## If you remove it
Your agent loses access in less than a minute and confirms it. Your username and password are deleted with the plugin; if you add it again, it asks for them again. See [Remove a plugin](/en/tools/remove-a-plugin).
