# Google AdSense

> How to connect and use Google AdSense.

Your agent checks your sites’ earnings, page views, RPM, alerts, policy issues and payments. **Read only**: it can’t change anything in AdSense.

## How it connects

Add **Google AdSense** to the agent. The installer guides you through creating [your Google app](/en/tools/your-google-app) if you don’t have one yet. Enable **AdSense Management API** and connect the Google account that can access your AdSense.

There’s no option to act: the installer says “See what your sites earn from ads, their alerts and payments. It can’t change anything.” Tap **Connect with Google**.

## What you can ask

* “How much did my sites earn this month?”
* “Has RPM changed? Are there alerts or pending payments?”
* “Help me add the ads.txt line to my site.”

## Limits

Adding sites, auto ads, ad units and policy reviews stays in AdSense. To add ads.txt or ad code, the agent needs another plugin with access to your site and your OK: AdSense doesn’t modify your site.

To cut off access, remove the plugin and, if you want to revoke the permission shared with other Google plugins, do so in your Google account’s security settings.
