# Remove a plugin

> Taking a plugin away from an agent, and what happens to its keys and values.

You can take a plugin away from an agent whenever you like. It stops having it right away and confirms it in the chat.

## How

* From the agent's page → **Plugins** tab → open the plugin's card → **Remove**.
* Or from the plugin's page in the library → **Installed on** → the ✕ next to the agent.

minai asks you first: “It won't have it anymore, and we'll let it know. The keys you entered for it go with it: if you add it again, they're asked for again.”

## What happens to each thing

* **The keys** you entered for that plugin are deleted.
* **Its schedules** (for example, new-email alerts) go with it.
* **WhatsApp**: it's unlinked, and the agent's copy of your messages and files is deleted.
* **Google** (Gmail, Calendar, Drive…): the agent loses access. The permission stays on your Google account, because your other Google plugins share it; if you want, you can revoke it from your Google account's security settings.
* **Atlassian**: the connection is revoked.
* **Google Cloud**: the service account key still exists in Google Cloud. Delete it there.
* **Money and email plugins** (banks, ARCA, Mercado Pago, Email, Stripe): access is cut off in less than a minute.

<Tip>
  To cut off access completely, besides removing the plugin, delete the key in the service: the app password, the GitHub token, the Stripe or New Relic key.
</Tip>

## If you change your mind

You add it again just like the first time. Since the keys were deleted, it'll ask you for them again.
