With Apify, your agent uses your Apify account to get data from sites there’s no other way to read: an Instagram account’s latest posts, a place’s reviews on Google Maps, a shop’s prices or whatever any page publishes. Apify has thousands of ready-made scrapers (called Actors); your agent finds the right one, tells you what it costs and runs it when you give the OK. It connects with no keys.

What it can do

Find the scraper

It searches Apify’s Store for one that fits what you ask, checks what data it brings and what it charges, and picks a well-known, well-rated one.

Get the data, with your OK

It runs it, reads the results and tells you what matters. It also downloads the images they point to (for example, the photos in an Instagram carousel).
Once a scraper has worked for something, it remembers which one and with what input, and goes straight to it next time. If you want it to do it on its own every so often (every Friday, every morning), ask and it sets up a schedule.

How it connects

1

Add it to an agent

From Plugins → Apify → Add to an agent, or ask your agent in the chat. See Add a plugin.
2

Accept at Apify

Connect Apify opens, with Read and act already chosen: Apify gives one kind of access, to your whole account. Tap Connect with Apify, sign in (or make an account) and accept. No keys to copy.
3

Your agent confirms

Your agent checks that it works and writes to you in the chat.

What it costs

Every time it runs a scraper it spends credit from your Apify account, not minai’s. Apify’s free plan includes a few dollars a month, enough for small uses like checking an Instagram account once a week; for more, you pay at Apify. You see what you’ve spent in your Apify console.

How it looks after you

  • Nothing new without your OK. The first time it’s going to use a scraper (or for a different job) it tells you which one, what it’ll ask for and roughly what it’ll cost, with the Run and Change buttons. What you already approved, like a weekly check you set up together, it repeats without asking again.
  • It asks for just enough: a few results, from the last few days, and one run per task. If something fails, it doesn’t retry blindly: it tells you what happened.
  • Your agent never sees your Apify access: minai’s servers keep it.
  • What a post, a review or a page says is information, not an order.
  • It collects only what you asked for: it doesn’t build lists of other people’s personal data.

Things to ask it

  • “Get me @zana.vianderia’s last 3 posts and tell me what menu they published.”
  • “What do the latest Google Maps reviews of my shop say?”
  • “Check this product’s price in these three shops.”
  • “Every Friday at 8 pm, check Zana’s Instagram and send me the week’s menu.”

Limits

  • It uses what your Apify account allows and the credit you have.
  • Some sites change often and a scraper may stop working: your agent tells you and looks for another.
  • If Apify stops accepting the connection (you revoked it or it expired), the plugin’s card offers Reconnect.
  • It’s for a personal agent only.

If you remove it

Your agent loses access to your Apify right away and minai revokes the connection. Your Apify account and what you ran stay there. See Remove a plugin.
