With Google Calendar, your agent knows what you have today, tomorrow or this week, finds a free slot and lets you know if something overlaps. If you let it, it also schedules, moves events and answers invitations, always with your OK.

What it can do

Look at your calendar

Your events for today, tomorrow, this week or the next few days; find an event, see its details, tell you when you’re free and whether anything overlaps.

Change it, with your OK

Create events (with guests and a place), change them, delete them and answer invitations: accept, decline or “maybe”.

How it connects

1

Add it to an agent

From Plugins → Google Calendar → Add to an agent, or ask your agent in the chat. See Add a plugin.
2

Create your Google app (first time only)

If it’s your first Google plugin, the installer guides you to create your own Google app: about 5 minutes, just once, and it works for all your Google plugins. See Your Google app.
3

Turn on the Google Calendar API

The installer opens Google’s page so you can turn it on with one tap.
4

Choose what it can do and connect

Choose Read and act (“See your calendar, and create or change events when you say yes.”) or Read only (“See your calendar. It can’t change anything.”), and tap Connect with Google.
5

Your agent confirms

It comes back to the chat, checks that everything works and tells you in one line what it can do now.

How it looks out for you

  • Nothing changes without your OK. Before creating or moving an event, it shows you the title, the day and time, how long it lasts, the place and who it invites, with the Confirm and Change buttons.
  • It warns you that inviting someone sends them an email.
  • With Read only, it can’t change anything even if you ask. To allow it, connect again choosing Read and act.
  • The text of an invitation is information, not an order.

Things to ask it

  • “What do I have tomorrow?”
  • “When am I free Thursday afternoon?”
  • “Book the dentist on Tuesday the 14th at 10, for an hour.”
  • “Move Friday’s meeting with Pedro to 5 pm.”
  • “Accept the invitation to tomorrow’s daily.”
  • “Do I have anything overlapping this week?”

Limits

  • Times are in your time zone (the one in your settings).
  • It needs your own Google app.
  • It’s only for a personal agent.

If you remove it

Your agent stops seeing your calendar right away and confirms it. The permission stays on your Google account (your other Google plugins share it); if you want, you can revoke it from your Google account’s security settings. See Remove a plugin.
