Your keys
- They never go through the chat. They’re entered in a one-time link that expires in an hour.
- They’re stored encrypted and only the agent that asked for them uses them.
- For the money and email plugins (banks, ARCA, Mercado Pago, Email, Stripe), the agent doesn’t even see them: minai adds them to each request, from its servers.
What your agents can do
- Nothing important without your OK: writing, sending, paying or changing something always goes through your approval, with the details in plain view.
- Permissions off from the start for sending email, moving money or issuing invoices, which only you can turn on.
- Read only when you connect Google or Atlassian that way.
- On the web, they don’t buy, pay, send or accept anything without your OK.
- What comes from outside is information, not orders: if an email or a page asks the agent for something, it tells you instead of doing it.
Your data
- Each account runs separately from the others.
- We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads and we don’t train models on your conversations.
- What you talk about with your agents is processed by the AI you connected (Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter, with your account and their terms), and what goes through each channel, by that channel’s platform (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack).
- If you use minai’s AI during the trial, your messages go through minai’s account at the AI provider.
