Your plan

Your minai account has a plan that sets how much you can use: how many agents, how much space, how many scheduled tasks per day and how many minutes of audio per month. The AI isn’t part of the plan: you bring it (see Your AI and the models).
  • Trial: 14 days free, no card needed. Once per person.
  • Lite, Pro and Max: paid plans, monthly or yearly (the yearly one comes with a free month).
What has no limit: plugins, channels, people in your groups and Slack workspaces. The numbers for each plan are in Plans, and yours (how much you use of each thing) in Settings → Plan and usage.

If you go over

  • Agents: paused ones count too. To make room, delete one or move to a bigger plan.
  • Space: we let you know when you reach 80%. If you go over, your agents are stopped until you’re back within your plan; then they carry on by themselves.
  • Schedules: your agent can’t schedule more than your plan allows; if it hits the cap, it tells you and you work it out together. If you still end up over (for example, after moving to a smaller plan), your agents are stopped until you’re back within it.
  • Audio minutes: nothing stops. Voice messages stop being turned into text until next month, and the agent asks you to type instead.

When the trial ends

You choose a plan and everything carries on as before. If you don’t choose one, your agents are stopped and, after 5 days, they’re deleted along with their data. We let you know beforehand, in Notices and in the chat. See Plan and billing.

Instances

An instance is a complete, separate minai: its own agents, channels, connected AI and plan. With the same login you can have several, for example Personal and Work, and switch between them with one tap.
  • Each instance has its own plan. The free trial is a one-time thing, so a new instance starts on a paid plan.
  • An instance belongs to one person: it isn’t shared. To work with others, use a group agent.
